Make a Payment

Bennett & West PLLC accepts eCheck payments and all major credit cards for payment of invoices, and we have partnered with LawPay, a credit card processing provider designed specifically for law firms. LawPay uses strict security protocols to ensure that your eCheck/credit card transactions are secure, and when you make a payment using LawPay, we do not store or see your credit card or banking information.

We also offer clients a way to pay legal fees in manageable, scheduled installments online through Pay Later, a flexible legal fee lending solution powered by Affirm and exclusively available through LawPay. This method allows you to pay your retainer/trust deposit/payment to our firm upfront with no hidden fees, no late charges, and no surprises.*

To take advantage of this service, simply look for the “Pay Later” option on our payment page. Selecting this option will open an online application for financing through Affirm. To apply, you’ll enter a few pieces of information and then get a real-time decision.

Submitting an online payment to our office without prior authorization does not create an attorney/client relationship, and any payment which cannot be matched to an existing client account will be rejected. The only way to secure legal representation by an attorney with our firm is through communication with an authorized representative of Bennett & West, PLLC.
