Lincoln Bennett
Lincoln Bennett grew up in King and has lifelong ties to the foothills of North Carolina. He is a graduate of West Stokes High School, the University of North Carolina – Greensboro, and Elon University School of Law. He was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2013 and has practiced at Bennett & West, PLLC since.
Lincoln’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of criminal defense, family law, and complicated DMV/traffic matters with a focus on drivers’ license restoration. He also handles general civil litigation including breach of contract actions and personal injury.
Lincoln has a results-oriented approach to practicing law and employs many different and often creative methods and strategies in pursuit of the best possible outcome for his clients, whether in a criminal or civil courtroom. He has an easy, relatable, and approachable personality and strives to keep his clients well-informed and well-advised throughout all stages of his representation.
Lincoln resides in Winston-Salem with his daughter and son.
